How it works

When someone signs up using your referral link and tops up their account to the threshold, you both receive 25,000 RWF in credits. It’s a simple loop: you share your link → they sign up and top up → you both get rewarded.

Finding your referral link

Go to Account Settings → REFER & EARN. You’ll see your unique referral link there — something like https://cloud.strettch.com/auth/sig.... Your referral code is embedded in the link, so there’s nothing separate to copy. Just share the link directly.

Tracking your referrals

On the REFER & EARN tab, you can see everyone who signed up using your link. For each person, you can see whether they’ve hit the top-up threshold and both become eligible for credits. There’s no progress indicator — you’ll only see whether a referral has qualified or not.

Receiving your credits

You don’t need to go looking for your credits. When a referral qualifies, you’ll see a popup the next time you log in asking which team to apply the credits to. You can only apply credits to a team you own. If you own more than one team, you’ll be able to choose between them at that point.

What counts as qualifying?

The referred user needs to top up funds into a team they own. Once their cumulative top-ups on that team reach the 25,000 RWF threshold, both of you become eligible for the reward. Simply signing up is not enough — a top-up has to happen.

Frequently asked questions

Is there a limit to how many people I can refer? No. You can share your link with as many people as you like. Can I apply credits to a team where I’m just an admin or member? No. Credits can only be applied to teams you own. What if the referred user tops up but hasn’t reached the threshold yet? Nothing happens yet. The reward only triggers once their total top-ups reach 25,000 RWF on the team they own. What if I miss the popup on login? Contact cloud@strettch.com and the support team can help.
